AV Integration has a fully collaborative and open approach to the project, working closely together with the Nominated Builder and other Site Contractors, Consultants and Clients to ensure that a highly successful and integrated Solution is achieved.
We liaise with the relevant parties, regarding the Programming of Control Panels, Rack layouts and general ergonomics of the system, during the design and installation stages.

General Operation Procedures 

AVI have a Company flow chart and Job Tracker software procedural system that has multiple  point checks in place. This is to ensure all tasks are attended to, and each step of the project is  signed off by the nominated recipients, ensuring a proven project procedure is monitoring the  project. 

Work Health Safety & Environmental 

The AVI WHS policy recognizes that AV Integration is responsible for the health and safety of all  employees in the workplace. In fulfilling this responsibility, we have a duty to provide and maintain a working environment that is safe and without risks to health. To meet the objectives of this policy,  we are committed to regular discussions with employees to ensure that health and safety issues are regularly reviewed. Health and safety are most effective when a joint owner/manager and  employee approach is used to identify and solve problems. 

A WHS Policy, SWMS and Environmental Policies documents are available on request. Currently  undergoing approval for HSEQ under MECA association. 

Commissioning and Testing 

All Audio video and Lighting system cables installed in our contract will be tested for continuity, and  content delivery. Where specialized testing is required, refer any reference notes for advanced  commissioning and testing. 

Technical Support after Commissioning 

AVI have in place a structured departmental process to handle incoming enquiries, service, repair  and breakdowns. An equipped workshop, a dedicated service vehicle, and booking system operate  to deal with any incoming equipment breakdowns or repairs. 

Extended Service Contract 

AV Integration can also provide a quote for an ongoing preventative maintenance agreement  based on 12-month periods. Should you wish to enquire about additional tech support moving  forward from the initial install warranty period, please contact AVI for a detailed quote. 

Training & Documentation 

On-Site customised training sessions can be provided on how to use the key equipment and the  overall solutions provided. 

Print or Electronic PDF Master Manuals, including product documents, user manuals, and project  details as a default will be provided. More specific operation manuals with schematics, as built  drawings etc. can be issued should they form part of the contract. 

Warranty Schedules 

All AV Integration installation labour is covered by a comprehensive 24-month warranty,  incorporating new cabling, terminations, wall plates & custom fabricated items. Each product will  have its own warranty period which will be provided in the document package.
